These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from The Little Wax Pantry (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms.

The Little Wax Pantry is a UK-based small business selling handmade soy wax melts and other home fragrance and accessory products.
By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site with permission from a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept those changes.
2. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Due to our small-batch, hand-poured process, subtle variations in colour, finish, and scent strength may occur in our wax melts.
3. Safety & Use
Our products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions provided.
You agree to:
Follow all safety and care instructions provided with your product
Never leave wax burners or lit candles unattended
Use burners, diffusers, and other accessories on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Keep all products away from children and pets
We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions. See Legal Notice policy.
4. Orders
When you place an order:
You agree that all information provided is accurate.
You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel orders.
Limit quantities purchased per person.
If we cancel your order, you will be fully refunded.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at checkout via Shopify’s secure payment system.
6. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.
However:
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the delivery provider.

Extreme Weather
Wax melts are sensitive to heat and may soften during unusually warm weather. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product. Simply allow the wax to cool and harden again before use.
During periods of extreme heat or heatwaves, we may delay the dispatch of orders to help ensure your wax melts arrive in the best possible condition. If a delay is necessary, we will keep you informed and dispatch your order as soon as conditions allow.
7. Returns & Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Wax melts must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging
Non-consumable items (such as burners) must be unused and returned with all original components and packaging
You must contact us before returning your item
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability
