Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48, or 1–2 working days with Tracked 24.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 pm (midday) on a working day will begin processing from that day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will begin processing the next working day.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free delivery?
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, which will always be clearly shown on the website.

What are your products made from?
Our wax melts are made using soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils, carefully selected to create soft, comforting scents that are easy to live with.
As our collections grow, additional home fragrance products may include carefully chosen fragrance bases, reeds, vessels, and packaging materials suited to each product type.
How do I use wax melts?
Simply place one or two melts into the dish of your wax burner and allow the fragrance to gently fill your space as the wax warms.
Always use an appropriate wax warmer designed for home fragrance products and follow the safety guidance provided.
How long do wax melts last?
This can vary depending on the fragrance, room size, and type of burner used, but each melt is designed to provide multiple uses before the scent begins to fade.
Are your scents strong?
Our fragrances are designed to create a soft yet noticeable scent throw without feeling overpowering, helping to create a calm and balanced atmosphere throughout your home.

How do I use wax melts safely?
Use your wax melts with a suitable burner and follow these basic safety guidelines:
- Use a suitable tealight or electric wax warmer designed for home fragrance products.
- Do not add water to wax melts
- Do not overfill the burner dish
- Never leave a burner unattended while in use
- Keep away from children and pets
Always allow the wax to cool before handling.

When used correctly, wax melts are safe and easy to enjoy. Always follow the guidance provided and use a suitable burner.
Do you include safety information?
Yes, all products are labelled in line with UK safety requirements, including CLP information where applicable.
Orders & Support
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always try to help, but once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
What if there's a problem with my order?
If something isn't right, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Where are you based?
We are a UK-based small business, with all orders prepared and packed with care.
Do you restock scents?
Some scents may return, while others are released as part of limited collections. The best way to stay updated is through our email list or social channels.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. If you would like to include a gift message with your order, please contact us after placing your order with your order number and message details.
We do not currently offer physical gift cards within parcels, but we're always happy to help make your order feel extra thoughtful where possible.
Do you offer gift cards?
Digital gift cards may be available at selected times throughout the year. Please check our website or contact us for current availability.
Are your products suitable for sensitive households?
Our products are designed to create soft, comforting home fragrance experiences. However, as fragrance sensitivity varies from person to person, we always recommend reviewing the CLP and allergen information before use.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some fragrance oils may contain allergens required to be listed under UK CLP regulations. Full allergen and safety information is provided on product packaging where applicable.
Why does my wax melt look slightly different from photos?
As our products are hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in colour, finish, and botanical decoration may occasionally occur. This does not affect product quality or performance.
Will warm weather affect my wax melts?
During warmer weather, wax melts may soften slightly during transit. This is completely normal and does not affect performance. Simply allow the wax to cool and harden before use.
